They toned it down yes, but it's not gone completely. Miki is quite thirsty in the anime, and lines like this still pop up in the games. Her Love Me Do card is a picture of her lying down while licking her finger and the description essentially says "she's inviting you to fuck."

Hence what I mean, she can have all that and still be pure. She's a young girl learning how to be an adult; discovering her sexuality is a part of that, but so is putting effort into her dreams and taking other's feelings into account and realizing that just because she wants something, that doesn't mean she's always going to get it. She's been babied her whole life so those are hard lessons to learn; but seeing the moments when she overcomes them is what I find so special about her.
