Thats why I was thinking YW4 wouldn’t be too bad as it’s a RPG for kids. So far I’m kinda having fun doing it, but here’s how I’m translating it just in case somebody can see if I’m doing it wrong or in a way that will develop bad habits.

>sound out their dialogue first (understand about 20-30% of it)
>look up the kanji individually, then together
>Google translate so I can fill in the rest of the blanks
