I‘ve had FE:fates on my 3DS ever since I started to learn Japanese and gave it a shot today. Able to read and understand everything effortlessly, yes I suppose I could just say ‘I just understand it‘ but somehow I don’t feel even a fraction of the joy I used to feel when I just barely managed to understand basic shit and really struggled. I feel nothing. No joy no sense of accomplishment. Maybe I accomplished what I set out to do originally but it doesn’t feel like I imagined. Oh well suppose I just got to derive the joy I had in language learning from the content now.
