Kikkawa is awesome, though not as much as Koharu obviously. Then again, I'm confident nobody will ever attain her level of greatness, and in all honesty so far things seems to be thoroughly backing up my assumption.

Her efforts poured into grooming Kikkawa into a full fledged idol do herself proud. She should be given a prize for her selflessness, maybe in the form of a role as a leader.
I've always taken a dim view of Ai Takahashi. The more she tries imposing herself on others, the more I believe she's unfit for such an important position and that Koharu would handle it better.
