idk if u can do this, but tell u some tips.

the railways going to the venue are "Rinkai line(-sen)" and "Yurikamome",
and "Osaki" and "Shimbashi" are starting points stn as mid tokyo side, already u know.

if u take "JR Yamonote line" or "JR KeihinTohoku line" is operating earlier,
so u will be in time for the first train leaving both railways.

therefore, even if it is not fr Minato-ku(ward),
u can arrive early enough as "morning waiting group", BUT have to wait longer until open.

So u can be a member of morning waiting group without having to take a taxi fr far distance.
A lot of internet-cafe(ネットカフェ) near both JR line stns around, Google Maps knows.
