Just found it and I remembered it slightly wrong, it wasn't from Sangetsusei but Ch-21 of CoLA. It's about Rinnosuke setting up a distillery and his attempt at learning to make sake. Reimu spends the entire day lecturing on the history, culture, biology and production of sake.

I do know she specifically mentions herself she does make it and sells her surplus in the village but I can't remember when or where she says it. I'd probably have to look harder, I'm sure it was a really easy to miss passing mention.
