turns out "cl_drawhud 0" requires sv_cheats 1 to be enabled but that doesnt hide hud completely, "hidehud 4" hides hud completely but need sv_cheats 1. i check steam workshop, gamemaps, and gamebanana for no hud mods but hud elements arent completely hidden. out of curiosity i made two addons that hides hud completely this works singleplayer and multiplayer except versus; https://litter.catbox.moe/y2hvgf.zip
one hides hud without chat and another hides hud with chat, feel free to publish
BONUS: "crosshair 0" and "gameinstructor_enable 0" if few hud elements are shown, "cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor 0" to hide viewmodel
