For the mounting plate, it depends on the stick. I haven't seen the stick you're talking about, but googling tells me that it's the same style as some of the other madcatz sticks, so an s-shaped mounting plate should work fine. If for whatever reason it doesn't, you could always remove the mounting plate on the stock stick and slap it on to the LS-whatever and it should work fine.

Yes, you'll probably need to buy an octagonal restrictor, though I've never found square gates to be a problem in any way. I know that octagonal gates exist for some of the Seimitsu sticks, but I don't know if they'd work on ALL of them.
