I always try to ask for an estimate and after that time passes I just kind of poke them once a week via email until I get a response telling me how it's going. I have no qualms with waiting a bit, art can take a while, but I'd at least like to know that they haven't forgotten and are getting around to it. Luck to you too, anon.
