And I do not like when artist depict vampires biting like that, there are too many muscles there and not any important blood vessel, and even if there were any, the muscles would difficult the extraction. She would encounter a thick muscle like the superior portion of the trapezius, the scalenus medius or the scalenus anterior depending where she bites.

The best position would be one where the vampire gets to bite the neck and hopefully punctures the carotid artery, drawing fresh blood just cleaned by the lungs, and where she doesn't have to bend her neck, so instead she'll want her victim leaning to one side, leaving the neck as perpendicular to the floor as possible.

And Milady isn't as tall as Sakuya, so that picture implies she's standing on a stool or that she made Sakuya sit on the border of the bed.

We don't know if there's a way to drain your blood or arranging something before she bites you so she can turn you into a vampire.

And besides, there are better ways to become immortal, or stop the aging process at least, like drinking 2 sips of the hourai elixir, or drinking the blood of certain Youkais.

And by becoming a vampire you wouldn't be able to transfer your body warmth to her... providing that vampires have low metabolism, thing that contradicts their superhuman speed and strength.
