There's several worlds of difference between how a 2D little girl acts and looks like versus an actual little kid that is a thousand times more likely to give you a severe headache over a boner. People simply aren't able to separate fiction from reality and assume that if you like flat/small breasts then it means you're going to break into the closest kindergarden and impregnate every kid in there.
