Who's into japanese zen or other forms of buddhism?
I've seen it sometimes in otaku stuff, and I was going through a rough spot and it helped (I was searching for ways to breathe properly).
Please share your experiences! I'm currently learning about zen from the sōtō school. Right now I'm reading Thich Nhat Hanh's "the miracle of mindfullness" and learning to breathe.

I like buddhism because it's just teachings for life, it's like I can still be agnostic while following it.

Here's a quick introduction

If you don't like the topic we can just make it a Byakuren thread.
