Why did Zun only recently make stage 4 less hard than stage 5? SA and UFO did it right but the ones before them did not.

In terms of spellcards and stage diffuculty:

Patchy > Sakuya
Prismrivers > Youmu
(Reimu > Marisa) > Reisen
Aya >> Sanae (a joke stage 5 boss)

Than again, even though SA has a harder stage 5 boss, its TOO hard compared to the final boss

Orin >> Okuu

At least UFO did it right.
