Yes, that one and maybe another, there are 3 files with "hand" in them: !!!0x0Achinko2femalehand.tah, !!!0x0Achinko2femalehand-穰礑粱ﾄw魃.tah, !!!0x10chinko2hand.tah.
After removing them, another mod adding a "realistic" male body takes precedence. haha, what a mess, can't believe the game still works with all that stuff.
