I sleep on a crappy mattress I've had for like 8 years. I broke the bedframe (which was already beginning to crack) when I was getting into bed one night drunk, so I put it on the floor. Been like that for almost 2 years now. It has a spring that sticks into my side and hurts like fuck, but lately, I haven't been noticing it. I'm not sure why. Maybe I pushed it back down or it got caught on another spring or something. You can see the outline my dirty body on the mattress when you pull the sheets up, because I only change my sheets two or three times a year at the most. Last time I changed them was solely because I had drunk a lot of wine and felt sick, and leaned over my bed to puke, and splashed it all over my pillow and floor. I didn't change it for a few hours after I got up, even: I watched anime from my pukey, stinky bed while hungover until I felt well enough to clean it up.
