I can't even use all this bauxite since I'm a lowbie and only have Akagi and Houshou, not to mention I only have the stock planes.

How do I grind for more steel and oil, /jp/? I've been grinding Expedition 3 for the whole day with level 3 destroyers, but still for some reason, it always fails. Not only that, I've been grinding all the dailies/weeklies as well. Is there anything else I can grind? I've read all the guides in English and still have nothing.

I see screenshots of people with over 3-4000 of each just sitting around. Do the resources regenerate at a higher rate at a higher HQ level or do you just wait for days? How do you guys get so much?
