If you just listen for the music then it makes sense I guess. I listen to LamazeP to feel closer to her first. Still it's not like I'm mad at him or think he shouldn't do it, whatever floats his boat and motivates him to continue his work and make more Miku love songs.

It's not even about being western or "non-manga". It's bad because like many other western songs/arts it tries to look cool by making it "edgy" and abandoning aesthetics and their innate cuteness for no reason.
