So, /jp/, what shipping clients do you make use of when you want to get some swag from Japan?

I want to make a small order from toranoana, but I'm having an irritating time deciding who to go with since reviews are a bit conflicting, and/or the site interface sucks.

Some random blogger said jshopper.com's forwarding service (http://www.jshoppers.com/forward/index.asp)) has good shipping prices and is reliable, if slow. But when I try to register it seems to believe I leave in Japan as it says, "This feature cannot be used from within Japan."

I've also heard that Tenso is fine too, but haven't yet looked into them that much.

Any other opinions?
