We've all seen random congoers taunt Ed cosplayers into a screaming frenzy, and L "cosplayers" crouching with their friends and holding their fork upside-down...

But what are some stories of cute/funny/epic in-character moments? Cosplayers acting in character in a way that was truly entertaining?

There was a Sumomo/Plum cosplayer at Sakuracon who stood in the middle of a crowded room with a whistle and went through the morning exercises, it was adorable.
