I need a new monitor, and honestly, Touhou is the deciding factor.

I have it narrowed down to two monitors.

Response time vs. colour quality, it seems. I'm no expert, but it seems like if 3ms of response time would make a difference anywhere to anybody, it would be to danmaku players.

I'm open to suggestions about other monitors, but it may be very difficult for me to find them. Unless they're available in Canada, it's not worth it to try getting them... getting clipped with a $100 customs fee would be a bad end.
