It's not really fake. But Aqua wasn't really complaining about it and that post ignored the whole point Aqua was making during the stream.
She acknowledged it was partially her own fault for not knowing how to say "no" enough and that she wants to be more like herself in 2022 instead of doing every little thing management asks her to do even if she doesn't have to.
That is something she already mentioned in a previous stream, when she decided to drop out of the NY countdown on the main channel and do her own countdown on her own channel instead even though she was invited.
