The probability is actually very high. You can see a black outline stick out on the top right square that resembles the corner of the glasses. I've looked at the other Parsley girls and none have outlandish eyelashes. It's also not the eyebrow since that is partially visible, so unless he decided to start drawing big eyelashes, it's probably glasses. Also he draws thin-rimmed glasses based on Choukai and Katori with little glare unlike Fujikawa glasses, Mochizuki and Kirishima. I'm not holding my breath though.
