1. She had a dominance battle with Sakuya or Takane, lost and was reduced to submission with such force that she physically regressed.
2. Asuza tried to absorb boob energy from her, but Chihaya hasn't got any, so she lost other physical attributes instead.
3. Kaede's biological clock took over and got so strong that it rewrote reality, and since idols can't date or have children the natural way, it decided to make Chihaya a child for her instead.
