I imagine it gets mixed up. Sometimes its as you say, sometimes its her teasing my dick while in a horrifying form. Fear is one of the most basic if not the most basic responses of the human brain, so it makes releasing come from that much deeper a place. As for the getting hard part, Demons canonically have this neat little trick where they can instantly just make their contracted husband get hard, so that gets employed as well.

I believe I've said before flayers would be great for some of the more chronically kind of hopelessly schizophrenic people that just want to find mental rest. I'd absolutely want them to be used for that. I'd hang out with one, she'd probably wanna pick my brain I suppose. Hopefully not literally.
