With Marisa you could include her, but i'd recommend not doing so beyond escorting Hana to the shrine. Reason being is because the Reimu and Hana scene should be just that: between 'mu and 'ana. Including Marisa in their sitdown would drastically take away from their reconciliation, she'd be a third wheel entirely and entirely missi out on the warplans.
