I never tire of this feeble, butthurt, childish form of hyperbole, really I don't.
May I suggest putting forward a list of reasons WHY they are the worst, instead of acting like a six-year-old whose mother didn't buy him a sweet?

I'm trying to gain weight, so I eat OATZ for breakfast along with an egg or so. I eat six times a day, lots of clean calories, complex carbs, and lean meats like turkey, veal, fish, select cuts of chicken, whole grain breads, whole grain noodles.

Fitness wise I went to a JKD school for about three years, left, and started up on full-contact Kyokushin, staying with it for five years until sensei closed down his school and left the city. Now I just spend about two hours in the gym on weekdays, smoke weed, and troll people on the Internet. And play videogames. Living the dream.

There's a very reputable MMA training facility and a few places that teach Krav Maga near me, so I might start up with that soon enough. Probably after I improve my lifts a bit.
