While not entirely untrue, this is much too negative a way of looking at it, anon. There's more to Hololive than just your oshi. For example, the happiness that you feel whenever you tune in to one of your oshi's streams. It doesn't matter if she'll never personally know or care about you, as long as you're able to derive some sort of positive emotion(s) from watching your oshi.
The other thing you completely overlooked is the fact that while our oshis may not know who we are, we all have each other.
We may all be anons in this thread, but
shitposting/comfyposting alongside fellow Teamates is a wonderful feeling, and watching my oshi wouldn't be nearly as fun without you guys.
