Story of kaguya goes like this

>emperor now wants her, but she refuses, the remain pen pals
>She then reveals she was part of the moon race and has to go back
>sends the exlir of immortalty with a farewell not to the emperor
>EMPEROR DIESTOYS THE ELIXIR OF IMMORTALITY BECUASE HE CANT STAND THE THOUGHT OF LIVING FOREVER WITHOUT SEEING HER AGIAN
