This is a translation request.
Now I know why this never was translated. Damned tiny moonrunes.
First, I know little to none Japanese. I spent 3 hours in IME Pad trying to draw the damn things. This is what I got; the characters that I couldn't get were replaced with "?"
I did this to make this a slightly sameless request for a translation. I'm uplooading the 4koma page too.
