I think they're always just connected, you know? Thanks to being a youkai, there is no separation between the main head and the rest of her body so she'd be pretty happy about feeling everything, in my opinion. I dunno about the other heads, but I presume there's no dissonance? It's still her, and she controls everything about those heads, including feeling any extra pleasure from kissing. That's my headcanon.
Though exploring the idea that a yandere is jealous about different parts of her body does sound interesting. Like heads would be uh, butting heads trying to claim the "main" spot, all the while her body is planning out ways to keep all her heads busy while she's claiming the prize.
