Korone is a straightforward holo. Cute face, A dog, plays a ton of games. Her streaming is basically just streaming some old kusoge for 30 hours, interspersed with some utawakus or collabs with SMOK when available. Simple.
This explains her fanbase. Simple-minded folk, typically on the lower range of IQ; manual laborers, NEETs on government assistance, low-tier service workers, etc. They just want to relax and unwind with their non-complicated streams, fulfilling the same role and requiring the same neurons to fire as reality TV. Even in characterization she's kinda shallow; A sweet, borderline goofy girl who just wants to play games all day, something that Koronesuki aspire to be, that's it.

On the other hand, Pekora is obviously the thinking man's holo. Her multitudes of streams are cerebral and warrants both philosophical and emotional understanding. Knowledge of multiple references, from popular culture to obscure pieces of information is paramount, and the admittedly awkward nature of her interactions with other holos forces a steep learning curve in learning the dynamics between holos that people more attuned to someone like say Korone often never manage to climb. The quality of her streams, along with the their length and abundance of humor, means the nousagi is always making a cost-benefit analysis on the right time and place to consume Pekora's archives or watch her streams. Hell, this cost-benefit thinking is necessary even for just normal day-to-day scenarios, having to choose between watching Pekora and immersing them in the stream or performing immensely productive or recreational tasks for themselves.
Obviously, the high intellectual requirements of such a holo dictate a completely different fanbase for Pekora: These are human capital, high-performing individuals in professional services, medicine, science or tech, almost all with tertiary educations, active social and sex lives. In fact, even the characterization of Pekora is designed to tug on the familial instincts of this distinguished crowd: Many of them are in a position of financial and philosophical stability to care for and sustain the lavish lifestyle of someone like Pekora, with the intention of building strong bonds and a family.
