They have a weak DRM in place, but it can be done. Don't know a way for the website, it blacks out once you hit F12. But if you download their app and open the photobook in the viewer, you can rip it. The epub is streamed from their server as you read it, but it's all being saved to your disk nonetheless.
The epub contents are cached in %APPDATA%\bookend-viewer\Cache. Look for files named "f_xxxxxx". They don't have an extension, but most of them are actual pages in JPEG format. Some are XMLs describing the epub's structure, etc. You'll know by the size (or you can check the file contents proper, JPEGs start with the bytes FF D8).
Batch rename all images you've found to have an .jpg extension and voila. They probably won't be in the exact order, so you'll have to do some sorting yourself.
I've yet to buy the YuzuRuka PB myself, so have a lovely Reo instead.
