What do you mean exactly?
It seem to have been a nice carrier plane when it was made. Good range, folding wings, very short take off and landing, ability to dive and torpedo bomb. Of course slow like other torpedo bombers of it's time.
I wonder why hasn't Tanaka added it in game yet. Sadly there are way better planes by now.
British also had very similar plane: the Albacore, which was supposed to replace Swordfish.

Speculation about Graf equips?
Seems she was to board toperdo-scout biplane, Me109, and Ju87C.
We can expect Me109 to be good to great, we already know the stuka (though it might be a skilled version or something else) but I kind of fear the biplane. It was about 60% as fast as a Ryuusei, and it's a biplane.
A fucking biplane.
