Maybe. F/SN has middle-school level writing, but the story is really fun, the pacing is better, and you have much better insight into Shirou's character. Also you can get all the bad-ends, who are fun and generally provide informations about the plot.

Yes, but there is unlocked game with the possibility to begin Heaven's Feel day one.

No. Heaven's Feel is the best route of Fate, but only in conjunction with all the others. I don't think you can have the right mindset with Heaven's Feel alone.

So many /jp/sies who want to play but can't afford to buy the game and pay the subscription fee. Do you think if I paid for them I could get my own harem?

I can see it now...my very own mansion filled with maids who serve me! They would hang out around the house all day and their job would be to look cute. Of course they would have to be able to go out and do raids and fight dangerous monsters. We need to stock the house with rare furniture, after all.
I would make them pass on rare loot and give it to me. After all, they should be happy to give it to their master. They can divide the leftovers amongst themselves.
I would make each of them level a craft and give the profits to me. If they disobey me they risk losing their character! A servant doesn't need money!
I would also occasionally take them into town to show them off and let everyone know they belong to me!
But I must also give them praise once in a while, tell them they did a good job and maybe a reward. But only once in a while! I don't want to spoil them.

Yes, each day would be fun if I had my very own friends to play together with.
