Hey, /jp/

Could you please help me identify if the font used in this image is CJK (more specifically, Shift-JIS) compatible, and the name of it? The closest I've found are YOzFont and Cinecaption, but they go over the sans+serif combination and become way too stylized.

Also, I have around 40 japanese-compatible fonts families (1.1GB). Anybody want me to upload them?

And yeah, japanese font identification/discussion in general ITT, I guess.
