Loliphilia is transient. It depends on the person whether it'll become everything for him, or nothing at all. One person can live their entire life not minding it at all, being well-adjusted, having friends, family, children. Occasionally he just faps to lolis and goes on to live his normal life. The other person is depressed, can't move past his attraction to lolis, his life is in limbo.
