It actually goes more like this.

>DPD has had my package sitting in a depot for a week now
>claims the address information is wrong, but doesn't bother contacting me or the sender
>doesn't seem to reply to any emails ever
>flip my shit and finally call their PAID customer support line to fix their mess
>50 minutes and 15EUR of my money later they filed a complaint and say it will be delivered on Monday
>200EUR worth of merchandise literally spinning around on a conveyor belt for 7 days with nobody seeming to give a fuck
>they'll probably forget delivering it anyway
If that box arrives and I uncover that it's been opened/used I'll actually go insane.
