I only started getting figures since I've been in Japan, and I have about 3. One I got as a prize, one was a prize figure that I bought, and the third was this thing.

Currently waiting on Griffon's release of Reisen, but I don't really have high hopes for that one. I might get it if the face doesn't bother me, but the main ones that I'm going to get (once I have a job and money) are Griffion's new Remilia and Kotobukiya's Yukari.

No. For some reason the figure is labeled as the "special vinyl series." They're all based on drawings by one guy, but my guess is that they're made of the standard PVC that most figures are made out of.

Here's another one. They're a special series being marketed by Toranoana, and there are a bunch of them already out...and more to be released. It seems they plan on doing around 20 in total.
