i think one sheet per page is enough, they are very easy to write so you can use a regular notebook afterwards

there are two schools of thoughts here, imo it's easier to remember a kana/kanji if you write them, and there's no reason not to learn the stroke order if you do so (especially because it's pretty natural and you'll quickly understand how it works for every kanji, even those you had never seen before)
but it's your call at the end of the day

and i agree with >>22370575, no need to look for a burnout
