This baby is smelly and skelly!

I follow Ano into the washroom cubicle and close the door.
Ano has made great progess lately, therefore I allow her to go to the bathroom on her own more frequenty. I accompany her only shortly after meals to prevent her from puking.
I turn around politely as Ano pulls down her checkered pajama pants and sits onto to toilet. I hear a strong spurt flowing into the water and a tart yet sweetish smell fills the air.
When I turn back to Ano to ensure that she wouldn't forget to wipe, I notice a big brown skid mark in her panties.
"Ano-chan, you should have told me that you had to poo when you had gone to the potty on your own in the afternoon. Take these dirty panties off!", I said in a firm voice.
"Ehh?" She doesn't understand what the fuss is about, but does as told and gives them to me.
I put them in a sealed plastic bag which I always carry with me for these incidents in my backpack, from where I also hand her a fresh pair of panties.
"Wait, Ano, you can't put them on now, I need to clean up your botty first! Please bend over. Woah, you had a diarrhea?"
Ano doesn't listen and just giggles over the funny tickling around her stinkhole.
