Easily rookie mistake on Mori's part, but for the sake of both parties interested, COVER should let her put all the "rewards" on the first tier. Reason being is that putting rewards on more expensive tiers, especially if you're pricing them on par with premium media subscriptions like Netflix for instance, is that it'll eventually cause burnout, and worse, fan entitlement which can be the worst thing anyone has to deal with.
