After finding out there are no easy-to-run packs with the translated PC98 games and the most up-to-date emulators, I've decided to make one myself, for /jp/ by /jp/.

Here's the test version of "The Touhou98 Experience".
(accepting suggestions for a better name)
Every single aspect has been polished as much as possible, from deleting any leftover settings and score files from the disk files you can get from the all-in-one pack on nyaa to tweaking the emulator settings to suit each game and creating custom icons like on the rest of the mainline series.
Each game can be fired up from a different exe, just like the windows-era games, and two different emulators are included and can be switched by simply running a script. One of them (np21w) features a fullscreen mode with lower input lag than on any of the most commonly used emulators.

If you've been wanting to play the PC98 games, but didn't feel like playing around with the emulator settings to make them work, please give this pack a try and let me know if the games run fine on your pc. Everything works fine on my machine but some more testing is always good. It's only missing a readme file before it gets a proper release.
If you've already got some hdi disk files with saves and scores you can use them by replacing the files in the "disks" folder with them.
