I fucking hate EOPs so much.

Back in 2013~2014 I used to lurk another board to talk about a series, you might recognize which. I don't go there anymore. At the time the whole series only had one game localized, so only non-plebs could ever talk about it. About 4~5 people would join in have a really good discussion and move on. Threads were seldom but were good, at least better than the shitshow that would happen in Japanese boards. It was like a place to seek refugee from there.

And then the games started to get localized, and it got a very big mainstream following. Threads now happen almost every day, and though I don't follow them, a friend of mine sent them to me and lo and behold the amalgam of brainless turds infested the threads making it impossible for normal discussion. Might as well just go back to the nip boards.

Now I see all these VNs being localized and I fear the same. Luckily unlike that series, VNs has this thread to talk about them, but I still get sad as fuck when something I like gets localized, because I know it will meet the same end that series did. RIP.

Sorry for the rant jay, with all this localization boom going on I just wanted to get it out and know I love you and hope this boom will end soon.
