It might take some drastic action for that to happen. Maybe if there's a Tatari fragment where everything doesn't go horribly wrong, the Maebaras eventually adopt her so she has a stable home and people to rely on instead of a literal shack and a 100 year old retarded alcoholic as her household. Maybe if she dropped out of St. Lucia after the prank incident she could try going to the high school Keiichi and Rena went to and see them after class or something, assuming they would do their part in supporting her, and then follow them to the same college as Mion later. Maybe if she gritted her teeth and graduated without dropping out or losing her mind completely over her best friend ditching her she could go to a normal college without huge academic and social pressure and hopefully by then she'll be old enough to at least get along with other people normally and maybe make some new friends. Maybe the real solution to avoiding all the traumatized parts of her from flaring up and going crazy really is to just bone THE keiichi-san.
How realistic any of these options are depends on your view of the story and her character. Personally, I like to think that there are other options for her, because the idea that she's doomed for life barring magical intervention that turns her insane doesn't really sit right with me.

No you don't understand. My brain has been hijacked. I didn't want to toss and turn all night long thinking about what's going to happen to Satoko in the end or feel such great anxiety each time a new episode aired. This has to be the work of a brain parasite or something. Logically I should just accept that the Satoko I knew is gone and R07 is just going to twist her into a shitty yandere witch in the end so I should stop caring but I can't. 90% of my brain has turned into the Satoko Lobe.
