Depends on what you're looking for. If you want new characters and a new setting, go for FSN. KT if you want more of the Tsukihime cast. Be aware that it is a fan-disc and it's largely Slice of Life stuff. Also, you should read Plus Disc before KT.
I would say maybe save KT until you start missing the Tsukihime characters, it'll feel good to see them again.
