So, I'm not a diehard deadbeat in particular but I understand that if you die first in these games you literally are fucking muted from meaningful interactions for almost the entire match.

Die first several times, and you're shit out of luck to have ANY chance to do much of anything entertaining. You're gonna be a ghost floating around playing 5 second minigames and that's fucking it. Literally anyone dying first multiple times and never getting impostor is gonna look like hot shit, and their mood is probably not gonna be terribly excited about being dealt such luck.

Remember the JP Among Us collab last week, for those who saw it, had Fubuki dying early most games and winding up being really quiet and useless. Note that Fubuki is so fucking good at improvising she managed to entertain chat with an improv zatsudan for four (4) fucking hours only a month or two ago, she's one of the oldest and most-professional/adaptable Holos and couldn't make dying first over and over in Among Us fun. If she can't do it, NOBODY can. Mori was just dealt fucking horrible luck. I don't blame her for it and probably you shouldn't look too deep into it either.
