All you need is to install GTA SA (if you don't have it, you can get it in the first link of >>22907963 ), install the MTA client (get it from https://multitheftauto.com/)), then the updated /jp/ mod pack and join the server with the info posted by the host (both will be posted when the server is online, likely on friday or saturday).
