She finally dropped during the event and since that time I got four of her. Still no Big4 though - that's why I'm fighting with what I have at hand, believing my girls can pull through no matter the situation. I got terribly stuck after third kill but switching out fBB for Ashigara did the trick and I cleared the map quickly once she started leading the fleet.
