Picrel is a 130cm minidoll in a set I saw on aliexpress. You can see it's just a little loose still. Garters rest on the hips and also act as suspenders that also hold up stockings.

Phoebes hips are 75 cm.

Bust : 70.6 cm / 27.8 in
Under Bust : 48.7 cm / 19.17 in
Waist : 45 cm / 17 in
Hip : 75 cm / 29.5 in

So far this helps me understand more what doesn't fit than what does. Some items are clearly too big. I've had some luck. I tend to keep something on order with Ali all the time. I mean like $3 items at times just so there is something coming in the mail. It takes a while for shipping and this makes ordering much more tolerable.
