I like Cirno's personality as it reflects her source material (see pic).

She's bratish at first glance, but when you actually talk to her, she has a complex personality that is unrefined and innocent. She ponders what death is (see PoFV), has legitimate character growth between games, she always looks to improve herself by challenging herself and others, and she never gives up even if she's defeated easily. Her indomitable spirit is one of the reasons she has so many fans.
